Por primera vez en su historia, Estados Unidos está siendo incluido en listas de advertencia de viaje por otros países, debido al peligro que el régimen de Trump representa para personas que no son ciudadanas estadounidenses.

Normalmente escribo contenido ligero sobre mis aventuras en mi nuevo país, pero recientemente, mientras jugaba tenis en nuestro club, una joven me preguntó esto:

“Trump no es realmente tan malo como algunos estadounidenses dicen que es, ¿verdad?”

En ese momento me di cuenta de que la mayoría de las personas fuera de Estados Unidos no saben lo que les está pasando, de manera regular, a los extranjeros, a los residentes legales e incluso a ciudadanos estadounidenses.

1. A Trump e ICE no les importa si estás legalmente en el país o si eres ciudadano estadounidense

Miles de residentes legales que no cometieron ningún delito, o cuyos únicos “delitos” fueron multas de tránsito, han sido secuestrados en la calle por ICE, y posteriormente abusados y encarcelados.

Ninguno de ellos tenía una orden de arresto(lo cual viola la Cuarta Enmienda de la Constitución de EE. UU.)

Ninguno fue formalmente acusado de un delito (lo cual viola la Quinta Enmienda)

Ninguno tuvo acceso a un abogado(lo cual viola la Sexto Enmienda)

Ninguno recibió un juicio ni una audiencia(lo cual viola la Quinta Enmienda)

La mayoría fue sometida a condiciones horribles e inhumanas(lo cual viola la Octava Enmienda)

A continuación, solo algunos ejemplos de los miles de abusos cometidos diariamente por Trump e ICE en Estados Unidos:

Un padre latino y ciudadano estadounidense en Durango, Colorado, fue detenido mientras llevaba a sus hijos a la escuela. La familia fue retenida por más de 36 horas con casi nada de comida ni agua, y con las luces encendidas todo el tiempo. Su hija de 12 AÑOS fue obligada a orinar frente a guardias hombres en un pequeño sanitario ubicado en medio de la celda. ICE posteriormente admitió que habían confundido al padre con otra persona, y aun así mantuvieron detenida a la familia.
Una pareja en Oregón fue deportada rápidamente y se les negó el derecho de llevarse a su bebé de dos años. Hasta el día de hoy no saben dónde está su hijo.
Cientos de familias han sido secuestradas durante audiencias de inmigración mientras solicitaban la ciudadanía, lo que muchos llaman “hacerlo de la manera correcta”. Fueron separadas y luego encarceladas injustamente.
Residentes legales están siendo abusados y encarcelados por el “delito” de ser morenos.

Personas que solo estaban de visita están siendo secuestradas, abusadas y encarceladas de manera regular, incluso personas ricas y famosas.Jasmine Mooney, actriz canadiense de las películas American Pie y crítica abierta de Trump, fue secuestrada, encarcelada y sometida a condiciones traumáticas y abusos durante casi dos semanas sin haber cometido ningún delito ni enfrentar cargos.
Incluso los ricos y famosos son encarcelados sin causa legal.
Periodistas, científicos y simples turistas han sido separados de sus familias y encarcelados sin cargos ni delitos miles de veces. El régimen de Trump ha declarado recientemente que quiere empezar a revisar las redes sociales de cualquiera que ingrese al país.
Existen más de 170 incidentes documentados de ciudadanos estadounidenses detenidos por agentes de inmigración, muchos de ellos con identificaciones válidas, sin acceso a abogado, juez ni familia.

2. Los campos de concentración

Al igual que durante el primer régimen de Trump, hombres, mujeres e incluso niños pequeños están siendo encarcelados como animales en campos de concentración.

Las condiciones son tan graves que el régimen de Trump no permite inspecciones de observadores independientes, defensores de derechos humanos ni siquiera de miembros del Congreso.
Mujeres embarazadas han perdido a sus bebés mientras estaban detenidas en instalaciones de ICE absolutamente inhumanas.
Mujeres embarazadas que ni siquiera fueron acusadas de un delito perdieron a sus bebés mientras estaban encarceladas en prisiones de ICE.
Como en el primer régimen, niños pequeños son encarcelados sin escuela, sin tiempo para jugar, sin comidas regulares, sin cobijas y ni siquiera cepillos de dientes. No se les permite ver a sus padres.

For the first time in its history, they USA is now being put on Travel Advisory lists by other countries because of the danger the Trump Regime presents non-US citizens.

I usually write light-hearted content about my adventures in my new country but recently, while playing tennis at our club, a young woman asked me this:

“Trump isn’t really as bad as some of the Americans are saying he is, is he?” I realized that most people outside the USA, don’t know what’s happening to foreigners, legal residents and even US Citizens on a regular basis.

Those of you who know me, know I’m not your average poster. I am regularly published and featured in American Lawyer, Attorney at Law Magazine, Forbes, Bloomberg, Success Magazine and countless other outlets.

That includes my article in Attorney at Law Magazine “Trump vs. the Legal Profession: Executive Order or Extortion” which is why I will not go to the USA during this horrific regime.

What I’m going to share is all verifiable and the links to every statement & incident are provided at the end. The evidence is in court filings, investigative journalism, official data, and personal testimonies – including from a wealthy family I know, whose son went missing for two weeks – because ICE abducted him for being brown. They were hysterical, worried and crying literally every day. Who wouldn't?

This is not speculation. It is documented reality.

Historically, the United States was once seen as a place of law, due process, respect for human rights, and a safe place to visit. That is no longer true. It is now a place where innocent men, women, pregnant women and even little children are regularly abducted, abused and imprisoned by the new Big Government regime.

1. Trump & Ice Don’t Care If You’re There Legally or Even If You’re a US Citizen

Thousands of legal residents who committed no crime or whose only “crimes” were traffic tickets, have been kidnapped off the streets by ICE, and subsequently abused and imprisoned.

None of them had a warrant for their arrest (Which violates the 4^th Amendment of the US Constitution)

None of them were even formally charged with a crime. (Which violates the 4^th Amendment of the US Constitution)

None of them were provided a lawyer. (Which violates the 5^th Amendment of the US Constitution)

None of them were given a trial or hearing. (Which violates the 5^th Amendment of the US Constitution)

Most of them were subjected to horrific and inhumane conditions. (Which violates the 8^th Amendment of the US Constitution)

Here are just a few examples of the thousands of abuses by Trump and ICE that occur every day in the USA:

A Latino father and US Citizen in Durango, Colorado was stopped while driving his kids to school. They were held for over 36 hours with almost no food or water, and the lights left on continuously. The 12 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER was forced to pee in front of the all-male guards in a small toilet in the center of the cell. ICE later acknowledged he was mistaken for someone else - and the family was still held in custody.
A couple in Oregon were deported quickly, and DENIED the right to take their two-year-
old baby with them. They still don't know where their baby is.
Hundreds of families have been kidnapped at US Immigrations hearing while they were applying for citizenship also known as “Doing it the right way" and separated, and then wrongfully imprisoned.
Legal residents are being abused and imprisoned for the crime of being brown. Lewelyn Dixon, a 63 year old legal green card holder was held for nearly three months without access to a lawyer or hearing. Could you imagine your grandmother just disappearing for three months?
People just visiting are being abducted, abused and imprisoned on a regular basis – even the rich & famous. Jasmine Mooney, the Canadian actress from the “American
Pie” movies (and outspoken critic of Trump) was abducted, imprisoned and subjected to traumatizing conditions and abuses for no reason for almost two weeks. No crime was committed, no charges were pressed. Journalists, scientists and just regular vacationers have been separated from their families and imprisoned without charges or crimes, thousands of times. The Trump regime has recently stated they want to start reviewing the social media of anyone entering the country.
There are over 170 documented incidents of U.S. citizens detained by immigration agents, often with valid ID’s on them, without access to a lawyer, judge or family.

2. The Concentration Camps

As in Trump’s first regime, men, women and even little children are being imprisoned like animals in concentration camps.

The camps are so bad, the Trump regime will not allow inspectors, human rights activists or even members of congress to inspect them.
Pregnant women have lost their babies while being held in abhorrent ICE facilities.
As in the first horrific regime, Trump has little children are imprisoned without school, play time, regular meals, blankets or even toothbrushes. They are not allowed to ever see their parents.
For the first time in its history, they USA is now being put on Travel Advisory lists by other countries because of the danger the Trump Regime presents non-US citizens.
